Our facility

“We have reached a watershed moment in human history. The architecture, planning, design and building community has been tasked with implementing the only scenario leading to a sustainable world.”

—  Edward Mazria, founder and CEO, Architecture 2030

Imagine a high school where intellectual and creative freedoms thrive, where social responsibility and stewardship of land and community are woven throughout science and arts-rich curricula, a school where the building itself is a teacher.

ARLA is exploring a variety of sites for locating our school. Once our charter is approved a public “Request for Proposal” (RFP) process will commence to see that goals for school site selection, facilities design, and construction are aligned with our school’s mission, vision, and core values.

With such ambitious projects, funding is always an issue, so we are looking for partners who share our vision. We invite you to join us in creating this exceptional facility that will serve as a model to others and is sure to become a source of pride for our school district, our community, our state, and beyond.
